丹芎活血片对瘀血型膝痹病的效应研究

摘　　要：目的研究丹芎活血片缓解血瘀型膝痹病疼痛的效果及机制。方法选取本院接收的血瘀型膝痹病患者40例(2021.04-2021.12),以随机数字表法将患者均分为对照组(20例)、观察组(20例),前者行西药消炎止痛治疗,后者行丹芎活血片治疗,比较分析两组患者治疗前后疼痛情况、膝关节功能恢复情况、生活质量评分以及临床治疗效果。结果治疗后,患者现时疼痛强度、视觉模拟评分下降,相比对照组,观察组评分更低(P<0.05)。治疗后,患者膝关节功能改善明显,相比对照组,观察组改善效果明显更佳(P<0.05)。治疗后,患者生活质量评分明显升高,相比对照组,观察组评分明显更高(P<0.05)。相比对照组治疗有效率(80.00%),观察组(100.00%)更高,组间对比有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在血瘀型膝痹病治疗中,应用丹芎活血片治疗效果理想,可有效减轻患者疼痛程度,促进患者膝关节功能恢复,改善患者生活质量,推广可行性较高。Objective To study the efficacy and mechanism of Danxiong Huoxue Tablets in relieving pain in knee arthralgia of blood stasis syndrome.Methods Forty patients with knee arthralgia of blood stasis syndrome treated in Dongguan TCM Hospital from April to December in 2021 were randomly assigned into the control group(20 cases)and the observation group(20 cases)via random number table.The control group received anti-inflammatory analgesic treatment with western medicine,and the observation group was treated with Danxiong Huoxue Tablets.The present pain intensity(PPI),visual analogue scale(VAS),knee joint function recovery,quality-of-life score,and clinical therapeutic effect were compared before and after treatment and between the two groups.Results The PPI and VAS scores declined in both groups after treatment and were lower in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the knee joint function improved significantly,and the improving effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The quality-of-life score increased significantly after treatment,especially in the observation group(P<0.05).Additionally,the observation group had higher efficacy than the control group(100.00%vs.80.00%,P<0.05).Conclusion Danxiong Huoxue Tablets can effectively relieve the pain,promote the recovery of knee joint function,and improve the life qualityof the patients with knee arthralgia of blood stasis syndrome, thus demonstrating great potential for popularization in clinical practice.
