摘 要:作为配电网中能量传输的主要载体,地下电缆的安全、可靠运行已逐渐成为配电网可靠性的关键。目前的研究集中于对电缆故障的及时切除以避免连锁故障的发生,然而仍然难以避免部分区域的停电,属于“被动”的保护方式。该文提出一种配电网电缆高精度状态感知技术。选择配电网中的共模漏电流为表征电缆绝缘状态的特征参数,并提出基于磁屏蔽原理的共模漏电流传感技术。在传感技术的基础上,进一步研究了基于共模信号注入的监测方法和电缆局部老化定位方法,实现对电缆老化状态的在线、定量估计和对多种局部老化情况的高精度定位。通过样机试验和仿真验证了所提方案的有效性。应用所提技术可以实现对老化电缆的针对性检修,实现配电网电缆运维模式由“被动”向“主动”的转变,减少绝缘故障,提高配电网的可靠性。As the main power carriers in distribution grids,the safe and reliable operation of underground power cables has become the key to the reliability of the entire system. Most existing researches have focused on the tripping of faulty cables to avoid cascading failures, which may still cause regional power outages and act in a “passive” protection manner. In this paper, a high-accuracy condition sensing method for power cables in distribution grids was proposed.Common-mode(CM) leakage current was selected as the cable insulation indicator, and the CM leakage current sensing method was proposed based on magnetic shielding theory. With the sensing techniques, CM-signal-injection-based monitoring methods and cable segmental ageing location methods were developed, realizing online and quantitative monitoring of cable aging state and accurate location of various segmental aging patterns. Sensor prototype tests and simulations were conducted to validate the proposed scheme. By applying the proposed method in distribution grid, targeted maintenance can be achieved and the maintenance pattern can be changed from “passive” to “proactive”, thus reducing insulation faults and improving system reliability.
