摘　　要：财富的增长和丰富只是全体人民共同富裕的前提条件,并不一定能够保障全体人民实现共同富裕和美好生活。构建劳动力资本化为劳动者股份的制度安排,能够在初次分配中推进劳动者收入占有上的共同富裕,进而能够通过市场交换实现劳动者财富占有上的共同富裕和美好生活,这有利于调和社会主义市场经济道路和社会主义共同富裕的本质特征之间的不协调关系,实现二者的有机统一。深化初次分配推进全体人民共同富裕和美好生活的理论认识富有时代意义和理论价值。The growth and enrichment of wealth is only a prerequisite for the common prosperity of all people,but does not necessarily guarantee that all people can achieve common prosperity and a better life.Construction of labor capital into the institutional arrangement of employee shares,to advance in the primary distribution workers income occupies on common prosperity,and then through the market exchange riches laborer on common prosperity and a better life,this is advantageous to the road of socialist market economy and socialist common prosperity not harmonious relationship between nature,to achieve the organic unity of the two.The theoretical understanding of deepening the initial distribution and promoting the common prosperity and better life of all the people is of great significance and theoretical value.
