摘  要:共轭高分子是由碳、氢、氮、硫等元素构成的软物质材料,在柔性显示、逻辑电路、光伏面板为代表的印刷电子产业中具有巨大的应用前景.分子量的变化可以直接影响共轭高分子的固态微观结构,进而影响其光电性能.本文依次阐述了分子量对无定形共轭高分子、次晶性共轭高分子和半结晶共轭高分子的薄膜聚集态结构以及电荷传输性能的影响规律.随后对分子量、微结构以及太阳能电池和薄膜晶体管性能的关系进行了总结.最后,对目前亟待解决的科学问题和未来的发展方向进行了展望.希望通过评述共轭高分子的分子量这一重要结构参数的研究进展,帮助读者加深对分子量的影响机制的理解,进一步为调控有机光电薄膜的结构与性能提供指导.Conjugated polymers are soft materials composed of carbon,hydrogen,nitrogen,sulfur and other elements,which have great application prospects in the printed electronics industry represented by flexible displays,logic circuits and photovoltaic panels.The change of molecular weight can directly affect the solid microstructure of conjugated polymers and then affect their photoelectric properties.In this review,the influence of molecular weight on the aggregation structure and charge transport properties of amorphous,paracrystalline and semi-crystalline conjugated polymers are described successively.Then,the relationship between molecular weight,microstructure,and performance(solar cells and thin-film transistors)is summarized.Finally,the urgent scientific problems to be solved at present and the future directions are outlined.We hope that this review on the molecular weight effects of conjugated polymers,which is an important structural parameter,can help readers deepen their understanding of the influence mechanism of molecular weight and further provide guidance for the regulation of the structure and properties of organic photoelectric films.
