摘　　要：目的探讨房室结双径路传导的心电图特征。方法分析3例房室结双径路患者的心电图。结果总结房室结双径路3种类型心电图特征及其发生机制。结论房室结双径路现象的心电图表现有助于其诊断及分型。Objective To investigate the electrocardiogram characteristics of atrioventricular node dual-path conduction.Methods The electrocardiograms of 3 patients with dual atrioventricular nodal pathways were analyzed.Results The characteristics and mechanisms of the three types of electrocardiograms of the atrioventricular node dual pathway were summarized.Conclusions The ECG manifestations of the dual-path phenomenon of the atrioventricular node are helpful for diagnosis and classification.
