摘 要:针对现有脉率变异性(Pulse Rate Variability,PRV)信号提取方法存在抗噪性差、参数选择主观等问题,提出一种基于变分模态分解(Variational Mode Decomposition,VMD)的脉率变异性信号提取方法。首先,对原始脉搏信号进行变分模态分解,从中提取可以反映脉搏主波变化的分量,对该分量进行平滑滤波;然后,计算滤波后分量的极大值位置,以相邻极大值位置为依据,计算原始脉搏信号对应区间的最小值,得到脉搏信号波谷;最后,根据波谷计算脉率变异性信号。采用31组实测脉搏信号对所提出的算法进行验证,结果表明脉率变异性信号提取的准确率在97%以上,因此所提算法可用于日常生活工作状态下脉率变异性信号的精准提取。For the shortages of poor noise resistance and subjective parameter selection in the pulse rate variability(PRV)signal extraction method,a variational mode decomposition(VMD)based PRV extraction method is proposed in this study.First,the raw pulse signal is decomposed by VMD to generate a component which reflects the changes of main wave is extracted,and the component is smoothed.Then,the maximums of the filtered components are calculated,and based on the adjacent maximums’positions,the minimum of the corresponding intervals of the raw pulse signal is calculated as the pulse signal troughs.Finally,the pulse rate variability signal is calculated from the troughs.Thirty-one measured pulse signals are employed to verify the proposed algorithm,and the results show that the accuracy of pulse rate variability signal extraction is over 97%.The proposed algorithm is expected to be used for accurate extraction of pulse rate variability signals in daily working conditions.
