摘　　要：中国现阶段在春季、冬季正面临严重的雾霾影响。类似的极端恶劣天气不仅影响交通运输、市民出行,长此以往,还可能会影响城市经济发展,甚至影响城市居民的生命健康。基于此,环境监测工作的重要性和质量管理的必要性就凸显了出来。本文针对传统质量管理工作中存在的一些问题展开讨论,从监测机构自身体系建设的缺失、工作人员主观能动性较低以及外部政策和法律法规问题展开讨论,并在文末提出了在监测过程中具有可行性的几点解决措施。At present,China is facing serious haze in spring and winter-similar extreme weather will not only affect transportation and public travel,but also affect urban economic development and even the life and health of urban residents in the long run.Based on this,the importance of environmental monitoring and the necessity of quality management are highlighted.This paper discusses some problems existing in traditional quality management,from the lack of system construction of monitoring institutions,low subjective initiative of staff and external policies,laws and regulations,and puts forward some feasible solutions in the process of monitoring at the end of the paper.
