摘  要:随着城市的发展和用电需求的增加,输变电工程的建设变得越来越必要。其中,环境影响评价是输变电工程的前置工作,也是工程建设生命周期中重要的一环。本文以广东省某风景名胜区内的输变电工程环境影响评价为例,按照确定对象、现状调研、报告编制、送审报批的技术路线,综述了广东省重要输变电工程环境影响评价中的工作流程及特点。With the development of cities and the improvement of people’s power demand,the construction of power transmission and transformation projects has become more and more necessary.Among them,the environmental impact assessment before construction is one of the most significant part of the whole project construction life cycle.Taking the environmental impact assessment of power transmission and transformation projects in a scenic spot in Guangdong Province as an example,according to the technical route of determining the object,current situation investigation,report preparation and submission for approval,this paper summarizes the workflow and characteristics of environmental impact assessment of important power transmission and transformation projects in Guangdong Province.
