摘　　要：本文阐述了河道采砂规划环境影响评价的对象及范围,并探讨了河道采砂规划环境影响评价过程中应关注的工作重点,主要包括规划分析、环境现状调查与评价、环境影响预测与评价以及公众参与等。同时,结合工作实践总结了河道采砂规划环境影响评价工作中存在的一些问题,并相应提出了对策建议,以期为河道采砂规划环境影响评价提供一定参考。In this paper, the object and scope of environmental impact assessment for river sand mining planning are described, and the key work should be paid attention to in the process of environmental impact assessment for river sand mining planning is discussed,including planning analysis, environmental status investigation and assessment, environmental impact prediction and assessment and public participation.At the same time, some problems existing in the environmental impact assessment of river sand mining planning were summarized and corresponding countermeasures and suggestions were put forward in order to provide some reference for the environmental impact assessment of river sand mining planning.
