摘　　要：土壤是指地球表面的一层疏松的物质,由各种颗粒状矿物质、有机物质、水分、微生物等组成,是地球上各类生物赖以生存和发展的基础。随着社会经济和工农业的快速发展,各国对土壤都进行了高度的开发和利用,从而造成了严重的土壤污染。我国人均土地面积较少,土壤的环境问题更为严重,使得自然生态环境受到了不同程度的破坏,这也直接制约了我国的绿色可持续发展。自从党的十九大召开以来,我国生态环境保护整体格局发生了根本性变化,土壤污染成为社会各界讨论的热点。但由于土壤质量受到多重因素叠加影响,在社会发展的长期积累中,土壤污染问题不断加重,而防控工作却起步较晚,因此对土壤污染风险进行系统性的防控更应从全局和战略高度考虑。本文从我国土壤环境面临的问题着手,分析造成土壤污染的主要原因和危害,探讨有效的风险防控措施,从而为相关工作人员提供理论参考。Refers to the soil of the earth’s surface is a layer of loose material, by all sorts of granular mineral water microbial organic matter, etc, is the foundation of all kinds of life on earth relies for survival and development. With the rapid development of social economy and industry and agriculture, countries were carried out on the soil height of development and utilization, thus caused serious soil pollution. Per capita land area is less, the soil environment problem is more serious, the natural ecological environment by the different degrees of damage, also directly restricts the sustainable development of the green of our country. Since the held the party’s 19,fundamental changes have taken place in ecological environment protection in our country the overall pattern, soil pollution become a focus of the society from all walks of life. As soil quality is affected by multiple factors, soil pollution has been increasing in the longterm accumulation of social development, while the prevention and control work started late. Therefore, systematic prevention and control of soil pollution risk should be considered from a global and strategic perspective. This paper starts from the problems facing soil environment in China, analyzes the main causes and hazards of soil pollution, discusses effective risk prevention and control measures,and provides theoretical reference for relevant staff.
