基于内容分析法的农业优势知识产权要素维度研究

摘　　要：农业知识产权战略纲要颁布实施以来,农业知识产权事业取得长足发展,但距离乡村全面振兴战略目标的需求还有较大差距。尽管已有农业知识产权研究文献相当丰富,但农业优势知识产权概念要素维度鲜有学者论及。文章基于内容分析法探索分析农业优势知识产权概念要素维度,为实现农业知识产权从追求数量向提高质量转变,助推乡村经济社会高质量发展提供理论支撑。在已有相关文献中选择66个研究样本,构建农业优势知识产权类目系统,并进行信度检验,最后对统计结果进行分析。类目频次超过50%的5个类目分别是“先进性”“市场控制力”“战略价值”“质量声誉”“分销效率”。农业优势知识产权的要素维度包括技术先进性、市场控制力、战略价值、质量声誉及分销效率等。Since the promulgation and implementation of the strategic outline of agricultural intellectual property rights,the cause of agricultural intellectual property rights has made great progress,but there is still a big gap to meet the needs of the strategic goal of comprehensive rural revitalization.Although there are abundant literature on agricultural intellectual property rights,few scholars have discussed the concept of agricultural elite intellectual property rights.Based on the content analysis,this paper explores the construction of the concept of agricultural elite intellectual property rights,which provides theoretical support for the transformation of agricultural intellectual property rights from pursuing quantity to improving quality and boosting the high-quality development of rural economy and society.A total of 66 research samples are selected from the existing literature to construct the category system of agricultural elite intellectual property,and the reliability test is carried out.Finally,the statistical results are analyzed.Five categories with more than 50%of category frequency were“advanced nature”“market control”“strategic value”“quality reputation”and“distribution efficiency”.Agricultural elite intellectual property rights are agricultural-related patents,new plant varieties and geographical indications that have advanced technology,strong market control,high strategic value,good brand reputation and can bring high distribution efficiency.
