摘 要:针对RV减速器受力复杂问题,采用Romax建立整体RV减速器仿真模型,研究了工况参数、减速器结构参数、轴承结构参数、轴承安装参数对减速器曲柄支承轴承和转臂轴承受力状态的影响规律。针对某型号RV减速器的研究结果表明:随着输入轴功率增大,轴承受力呈线性增大;随着输入轴转速增大,轴承受力呈反比例减小;减小行星轮传动比、摆线轮齿数和增加曲柄轴数量可以有效降低曲柄支承轴承和转臂轴承受力;增加滚子数量和滚子长度对曲柄支承轴承和转臂轴承受力影响很小,但能够显著降低其最大滚道接触应力;当预紧力为1 500 N时,曲柄支承轴承和转臂轴承受力均达到最小值;存在一个轴承寿命最长的最佳配合过盈量。Aimed at complex forces of RV reducer,Romax is used to establish the overall RV reducer simulation model,so as to study the influence laws of working condition parameters,reducer structure parameters,bearing structure parameters and bearing mounting parameters on forces of crank support bearings and turning arm bearings for reducer.The research results of a RV reducer show that:the forces of the bearings increase linearly with the increase of input shaft power;the forces of the bearings decrease inversely with the increase of input shaft speed;the forces of crank support bearings and turning arm bearings are effectively reduced by reducing the transmission ratio of planetary gear,number of cycloid teeth and increasing the number of crank shaft;increasing the number and length of rollers have little effect on forces of crank support bearings and turning arm bearings,but can significantly reduce the maximum contact stress of raceway;when the preload is 1 500 N,the forces of crank support bearings and turning arm bearings reach minimum values;there is an optimal amount of assembly interference to maximize the life of the bearings.
