摘  要:针对某薄壁圆锥滚子轴承外圈车加工易变形的问题,分析其主要原因是外圈单一平面外径变动量较大,粗车和精车时卡爪夹持宽度较窄。提出粗车分2次进行,增加卡爪夹持宽度,优化精车软爪调整方法的改进措施。改进后工艺加工的外圈圆度误差和单一平面外径变动量明显减小,满足了加工需求。Aimed at deformable outer ring of a thin-walled tapered roller bearing during turning,it is analyzed that the main reasons are larger variation of outside diameter in a single plane of outer ring and narrower clamping width of claw during rough turning and finish turning.The improvement measures are proposed such as carrying out two rough turning,increasing the clamping width of claw and optimizing the adjustment method for soft claw during finish turning.After improvement,the roundness error and variation of outside diameter in a single plane of outer ring are reduced obviously,meeting the processing requirements.
