电镀工业园内企业污染防治措施分析探讨

摘　　要：在电镀行业中,电镀工艺是产生重金属污染物的重要来源。因此,为消除重金属的污染隐患,各县市大多数都实行了将电镀企业集中入园的管理模式,并采取了企业排污治理和园区集中治理相结合的方式。本文以某市电镀工业园内的某电镀企业为例,分析了污染物产生的原因以及采取的污染防治措施,探讨了电镀工业园和电镀企业环境管理中存在的问题,并提出了有针对性的解决方案。In electroplating industry,electroplating process is an important source of heavy metal pollutants.Therefore,in order to eliminate the potential pollution of heavy metals,most counties and cities have implemented the management mode of centralizing electroplating enterprises in the park,and adopted the way of combining enterprise pollution control with the centralized management of the park.Taking an electroplating enterprise in an electroplating industrial park in a city as an example,this paper analyzes the causes of pollutants and the pollution prevention and control measures adopted,probes into the problems existing in the environmental management of electroplating industrial park and electroplating enterprise,and puts forward some targeted solutions.
