摘  要:针对火箭贮箱机铣铝合金零件非阳极氧化表面光滑、粗糙度低而不满足涂漆要求的问题,通过分析机铣零件在碱腐蚀液中腐蚀不同时间后的表面状态及涂漆后漆层的附着力测试结果,提出了具有可行性的微腐蚀解决方案。经微腐蚀的铝合金零件上漆层附着力小于等于1级,满足航天型号产品的质量要求。The non-anodized surface of the milled aluminum alloy parts of rocket tank is smooth with low roughness,and does not meet the requirements of painting.A feasible micro-etching solution was developed to solve this problem by analyzing the surface state of the milled parts after being etched in alkali for different time and the adhesion test results of the coatings sprayed on the etched parts.The adhesion of coating on the micro-etched aluminum alloy part was at least 1 grade,meeting the quality requirements for aerospace products.
