摘  要:文章简述了高温环保过滤材料的发展概况与机理,介绍了传统与新型高温滤料用纤维的性能特点,梳理了针刺、水刺、静电纺等加工成型工艺及涂层、覆膜、除尘脱硝等后整理技术的研发状况,并剖析了当前高温滤料存在的问题,最后指出环保化、复合化、功能化、差别化、产业化将是我国高温过滤材料的重点研发方向。The paper briefly introduces the development and mechanism of high-temperature environmental protection filter media,and presents the properties and characteristics of the fibers for conventional and new-type high-temperature filter media.Meanwhile,the paper concludes the R&D status of processing and forming processes,including needling,spunlace,and electrospinning,as well as that of finishing technologies,including coating,film covering,dust removal,and denitrification,and analyzes the existing problems in high-temperature filter media.In the end,it put forward that the key R&D direction of hightemperature filter media in China will be sustainability,compounding,functionalization,differentiation and industrialization.
