摘 要:文章综述了新型聚酯及改性聚酯纤维技术发展趋势,包括LCP、PBT、PEN、PLA等,通过共聚、共混以及表面改性、异形截面、复合纺丝和纺粘、熔喷、BCF等工艺技术,使聚酯纤维在纺织终端尤其是技术纺织品领域的应用范围和用量不断提升。最后提出几点发展趋势:通过共聚、共混等进一步降低新型聚酯纤维生产成本;采用连续工业化纺丝工艺生产高性能液晶聚酯纤维;通过纤维加工技术的改进实现技术纺织品领域的可持续发展目标,降低对环境的负面影响和能耗,提升使用安全性并探索用即弃纺织品领域的技术进步。This paper summarizes the development trend of new-type polyesters,including LCP,PBT,PEN,and PLA,as well as technology progress of polyester fiber modification,such as copolymerization,blending,surface modification,profiled cross-section,composite spinning,spunbond,meltblown,and BCF.The application range and total amount of usage of polyester fibers are increasing in the end-use textile industries,especially in the technical textiles industry.In the end,the paper put forward several development trends:reducing the cost of new polyester fibers by copolymerization and blending;using continuous industrial spinning technology to produce high-performance liquid crystal polyester fibers;achieving sustainable development goals in the field of technical textiles through improvements in fiber processing technology,reducing the negative impact on the environment and energy consumption;improving the safety of use and exploring technological advances in disposable textiles.
