Evaluation of pre-pregnancy health examination and popularization effect of pre-pregnancy health care knowledge among women of childbearing age in the urban area of Quzhou City

摘　　要：目的对衢州市城区育龄妇女孕前优生健康检查情况进行分析,并对孕前保健知识的普及效果进行评价。方法采取分层整群随机抽样的方法抽取衢州市城区2017年5月—2019年5月参与免费孕前优生健康检查的9400名育龄期妇女为调研对象,采取面对面、一对一匿名的方式对其进行调查。结果在接受调查的3440人中,有3154人知晓国家免费孕前优生健康检查政策,2895人使用过该服务,其中妇科及B超检查使用率最高,为69.20%。孕前健康知识总体知晓率为50.99%,年龄>25~30岁(χ^(2)=202.425)、大学专科及大学本科学历(χ^(2)=526.079)、公务员及事业单位(χ^(2)=294.846)的育龄期妇女知晓率最高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。孕前健康知识获取方式以街道/社区计生办宣传、专业医护人员及家人好友告知为主。结论衢州市城区育龄妇女免费孕前优生健康检查使用率较高,但孕前优生健康检查知识的普及效果尚有待提高,有关部门应积极开展健康宣教,丰富教育形式,提高健康知识的普及程度。Objective To analyze the situation of pre-pregnancy health examination of women of childbearing age in the urban area of Quzhou City,and evaluate the popularization effect of pre-pregnancy health care knowledge.Methods The stratified cluster random sampling method was used to select 9400 women of childbearing age who participated in free pre-pregnancy health examination from May,2017 to May,2019 in the urban area of Quzhou City,and to investigate in an anonymous face-to-face manner.Results Among 3440 cases,3154 cases were aware of the national policy of free pre-pregnancy health examination,and 2895 cases had used this service.Among them,the utilization rate of gynecological examination and B-ultrasonic examination was the highest,accounting for 69.20%.The overall awareness rate of pre-pregnancy health knowledge was 50.99%.There were statistically significant differences in people aged>25~30 years old,college or undergraduate degree,civil servants and public institutions(χ^(2)=202.425,526.079,294.846,P<0.05).Pre-pregnancy health knowledge was mainly acquired through publicity by street/community family planning office,professional medical care staff and notification by family and friends.Conclusion The utilization rate of free pre-pregnancy healthy birth examination of women of childbearing age in Quzhou City is good,but the popularization of pre-pregnancy health examination knowledge needs to be improved,the relevant departments should actively carry out healthy education,enrich the forms of education,and improve the popularization of health knowledge.
