2020年北京市通州区公共卫生委员健康素养水平调查分析

摘　　要：目的了解北京市通州区公共卫生委员的健康素养水平。方法采用集中式自填问卷的方式,对通州区22个乡镇(街道)604个村(居)的公共卫生委员进行问卷调查。结果本次调查共收集有效问卷584份,问卷有效率为96.7%。通州区公共卫生委员的总体健康素养水平为36.3%。基本知识和理念、健康生活方式与行为、健康技能三个方面素养的具备率分别为66.6%、31.3%和24.7%。六个维度的具备率分别为安全与急救82.9%、科学健康观67.3%、基本医疗44.0%、传染病防治37.2%、慢性病防治35.6%、健康信息23.8%。多因素分析结果显示,年龄、患慢性病情况是影响公共卫生委员健康素养水平的主要因素。结论通州区公共卫生委员的健康素养水平接近2020年北京市居民的健康素养水平,但与北京市《“健康北京2030”规划纲要》的要求还有一定的差距。健康素养水平的提升,应以健康生活方式与行为、慢性病防治、健康技能和健康信息为主要提升内容,建立以职业教育为主、常规大众教育为辅的健康素养教育模式。Objective To know the health literacy of public health committee members in Tongzhou District.Methods Through the centralized self-administrated method,the public health committee of 604 villages(neighborhood committee)from 22 township streets in Tongzhou District were investigated by means of self-filled questionnaires.Results A total of584 valid questionnaires were collected in this survey.The effective rates of the questionnaire was 96.7%.The overall health literacy rate of public health committee members in Tongzhou District was 36.3%.The rates of the three aspects from high to low were basic knowledge and concept,healthy lifestyle and behavior,and health skills,which were 66.6%,31.3%and 24.7%,respectively.The rates of the six dimensions from high to low were 82.9%for safety and first aid,67.3%for scientific health concept,44.0%for basic medical treatment,37.2%for prevention and treatment of infectious diseases,35.6%for prevention and treatment of chronic diseases,and 23.8%for health information.Multivariate analysis showed that age and chronic disease were the influencing factors of health literacy level of public health committees members.Conclusion The health literacy level of public health committee members in Tongzhou District is close to that of Beijing health literacy level in 2020,but there is still a gap with Healthy Beijing 2030 Plan in Beijing City.Literacy promotion should be based on healthy lifestyle and behavior,chronic disease prevention,health skills and health information.The health literacy education model should be focused on vocational education and supplemented by regular public education.
