北京市顺义区男性成人吸烟与健康素养水平的相关性分析

摘　　要：目的探讨北京市顺义区男性成人吸烟与健康素养水平之间的关系。方法采用分层多阶段整群随机抽样的方法,使用“全国居民健康素养监测调查问卷”对顺义区2021名15~69岁男性常住居民进行调查。结果健康素养具备率为30.8%,城区健康素养具备率高于农村,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=24.410,P<0.001);现在吸烟的有927人,现在吸烟率为45.9%,农村男性现在吸烟率高于城区男性,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=42.068,P<0.001);55~64岁年龄组现在吸烟率最高,为57.9%;文化程度越低者,现在吸烟率越高。结论顺义区男性居民现在吸烟行为与健康素养水平具有一定相关性。在今后的健康促进与控烟干预工作中,应着重提高男性吸烟者的健康素养水平,尤其要注重培养他们的科学健康观素养。Objective To explore the correlation between health literacy and smoking among male adults in Shunyi District,Beijing City.Methods Stratified multi-stage cluster random sampling method was adopted to investigate 2021male permanent residents aged 15~69 years in Shunyi District through using“National Resident Health Literacy Monitoring Questionnaire”.Results The health literacy qualification rate accounted for 30.8%.Among them,urban areas had a higher rate than rural areas,with statistically significant difference(χ^(2)=24.410,P<0.001).The current smoking rate was 45.9%.The smoking rate of rural men was higher than urban men,with statistically significant difference(χ^(2)=42.068,P<0.001).The highest smoking rate was in 55~64 age group,accounting for 57.9%.The less educated people were,the higher the smoking rate was.Conclusion The current smoking behavior of men in Shunyi District has a certain correlation with their health literacy level.In the future,health promotion and tobacco control intervention work,it is suggested to focus on improving the health literacy level of male smokers,especially the scientific health concept literacy.
