麻风病低流行背景下昆山市加强麻风病防控工作的实践与探索

摘　　要：目的总结麻风病低流行背景下麻风病防控工作的做法与经验,防止麻风病在昆山市传播和蔓延。方法通过建立和完善麻风病防控组织建设,加强业务技能培训、疫情监测、健康宣教等措施,提高麻风病防控工作质量。结果通过实施省级麻风病防控项目,重点科室的医务人员麻风病防治知识知晓率达90%,麻风病防控工作技能水平得到切实提高。2018—2020年全市开展麻风病线索调查1379人次,报告麻风病疑似病例87例,麻风病疫情监测质量得到显著提高。结论在当前麻风病低流行背景下,麻风病防控工作面临着防控组织松散、技能弱化、防控意识淡化等问题,加强麻风病防控组织建设、业务技能培训、疫情监测、健康宣教等工作十分必要。Objective To summarize the experience and practice of leprosy prevention and control under the background of low prevalence of leprosy,so as to prevent the spread of leprosy in Kunshan City.Methods The quality of leprosy prevention and control was improved through establishing and improving the organization of leprosy prevention and control,strengthening professional training,epidemic monitoring and health publicity,etc to improve the quality of leprosy prevention and control.Results Through the implementation of provincial leprosy prevention and control projects,the cognition rate of medical staff in key departments on leprosy prevention and control reached 90%,and the skills of leprosy prevention and control strengthened effectively.From 2018 to 2020,1379 people were investigated for leprosy,87 suspected cases of leprosy were reported,and the quality of leprosy surveillance was enhanced.Conclusion Under the background of low prevalence of leprosy,the prevention and control of leprosy is faced with some problems,such as loose prevention and control organization,weak skills and weak awareness of prevention and control.It is necessary to strengthen the construction of leprosy prevention and control organizations,skills training,epidemic surveillance,and health education,etc.
