摘　　要：为了加强医疗废弃物网络化管理,防止传染病二代传播,保障社会公共卫生安全,白银市医疗废弃物管理部门利用“互联网+”技术开发设计医疗废弃物管理系统。医疗机构利用手机App,完成其产生的医疗废弃物种类、数量的录入。通过使用“医疗废物管理系统”,实现了医疗废弃物的网络化管理,解决了传统医疗废弃物处置带来的弊端。通过该系统在医疗卫生机构的广泛应用,彻底解决了《医疗废弃物管理条例》规定的48小时运转收集制度,减少了医疗废弃物收集车辆的空跑率,大大提高了医疗废弃物管理人员的工作效率,降低了医疗废弃物集中处置中心的运转成本费用,有望在医疗废弃物管理领域得到推广应用。To strengthen the network management of medical waste,prevent the second-generation spread of infectious diseases,and ensure the safety of social public health,medical waste management departments in Baiyin City developed and designed Medical Waste Management System through“Internet+”technology.Medical institutions used mobile App,and recorded the types and quantities of medical waste.Through the use of Medical Waste Management System,the network management of medical waste was realized,and the malpractice of traditional medical waste disposal was solved.Through the wide application of medical and health institutions in the system,the 48-hour operation collection system stipulated in the Medical Waste Management Regulations has been completely solved,the empty running rate of medical waste collection vehicles been reduced,the working efficiency of medical waste management personnel been greatly improved,and the operation cost of the medical waste centralized disposal center been reduced to promote its application in medical waste management.
