摘　　要：目的评价包头市医疗机构消毒灭菌的效果,分析消毒监测工作中发现的问题,为有效地预防医院感染提供科学依据。方法对医疗机构物体表面、医护人员手、使用中的消毒剂、室内空气、内镜、透析水及压力蒸汽灭菌器等进行微生物检测,应用SPSS19.0软件对检测结果进行统计分析。结果2015—2019年共检测样品4807份,合格4685份,合格率为97.46%,不同年份样品合格率比较差异无统计学意义(χ^(2)=3.00,P>0.05)。五年间,不同检测项目合格率分别为90.15%、71.03%、93.75%、99.17%、97.20%和100.00%,各项检测项目合格率比较差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=53.80,P<0.01)。二级医院和三级医院消毒样品检测合格率分别为96.66%和97.93%,两个级别医院的合格率比较差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=7.25,P<0.01)。结论包头市医疗机构消毒质量总体效果较好,2015—2019年合格率均保持在90.73%~93.67%之间;不同级别医院的消毒效果存在差异。今后要继续加强对内镜、医护人员手等进行消毒监测,为群众提供安全的诊疗环境。Objective To evaluate the effect of disinfection and sterilization in medical institutions in Baotou City,to analyze the problems found in disinfection monitoring,and to provide a scientific basis for the effective prevention of nosocomial infection.Methods Microbiological tests were performed on the surface of the objects of medical institutions,the hands of medical staff,disinfectant in use,indoor air,endoscopes,dialysis water,and pressure steam sterilizers,etc.The test results were sorted and analyzed through using SPSS 19.0.Results A total of 4807 samples were tested from2015 to 2019.4685 were qualified,and the qualification rate was 97.46%.There was no statistically significant difference in the qualification rate among different years(χ^(2)=3.00,P>0.05).The eligibility rates of different test items in5 years were 90.15%,71.03%,93.75%,99.17%,97.20%and 100.00%.There was statistically significant difference in the pass rates of the test items(χ^(2)=53.80,P<0.01).The pass rates of disinfection samples in the secondary and tertiary hospitals were 96.66%and 97.93%,respectively,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=7.25,P<0.01).Conclusion The quality of disinfection in medical institutions in Baotou City is generally good,maintaining between90.73%and 93.67%from 2015 to 2019.There are differences in the disinfection effect of different levels of hospitals.In the future,it is suggested to continue to strengthen the disinfection monitoring of endoscopes,hand disinfection of medical staff and other items,to provide the people with a safe diagnosis and treatment environment.
