摘　　要：水平井开发已成为煤层气行业的主攻方向,在排采过程中,伴随着煤层气解析,储层中的煤粉、煤泥、压裂砂粒将逐渐对缝隙通道以及井筒内形成堆积堵塞,常规捞砂工艺无法实现水平井水平段的捞砂作业,经过现场试验和研究,采用捞砂管柱、旋塞式捞砂泵、倒角油管、单向阀、笔尖式捞砂铲的组合模式进行作业,有效解决了水平井捞砂的难题,对于恢复水平井产量,具有显著经济效益。Horizontal well development has become the main direction of CBM industry,In the process of drainage and production,with the analysis of coalbed methane,Pulverized coal,slime and fracturing sand in the reservoir will gradually form accumulation and blockage in the gap channel and wellbore,The conventional sand bailing process cannot realize the sand bailing operation in the horizontal section of horizontal wells,After field test and research,the combined structure of sand fishing string,plug sand fishing pump,chamfered oil pipe,one-way valve and pen tip sand fishing shovel is adopted for operation,It effectively solves the problem of sand fishing in horizontal wells,and has remarkable economic benefits for restoring the production of horizontal wells.
