摘　　要：渤海X油田停产检修作业涉及多项风险较高的清罐作业及管线更换作业,为避免可燃气体与空气中的氧气混合发生内燃或爆炸,需要对相应的容器及管线进行氮气置换工作。本文阐述了针对停产检修中的氮气置换对象,如何开展停产前的氮气置换流程设计及停产中的置换步骤实施,最终使得整个氮气置换工作得以高效开展,实现施工安全与施工进度的双重保证。The shutdown and maintenance operation of Bohai x oilfield involves a number of high-risk tank cleaning operations and pipeline replacement operations. In order to avoid internal combustion or explosion due to the mixing of combustible gas and oxygen in the air,it is necessary to replace the tanks and pipelines with nitrogen. This paper expounds how to carry out the design of nitrogen replacement process before shutdown and the implementation of replacement steps in shutdown,so as to make the whole nitrogen replacement work efficiently and realize the dual guarantee of construction safety and construction progress.
