摘　　要：在各种化工工业生产中,阀门是不可缺少的重要设备部件和装置。阀门是一种在管路中对介质起到截断、调节、逆止、分流、改变介质方向、节制介质压力、分离介质水与气、确保管路系统安全的装置,故对阀门正确的选用、操作与维修是非常重要的。另外阀门也是一种对管道内介质起控制作用的设施,在管道装置上是作为一个承压元件来对待的,但它又是一个随着操作方法、使用介质、温度、压力、管道结构、使用功能要求的不同,而派生出各种类型的阀门,要想将阀门做好,结构很重要,但材料的选用更重要。了解材料的热加工方法、正确选择热加工方法更是关键,但也不能忽视冷加工对阀门零件加工质量的重要及装配对阀门性能的影响。In the production of various chemical industries,valves are indispensable and important equipment components and devices. The valve is a device that can cut off,adjust,check,divert,change the direction of the medium,control the medium pressure,separate the medium water and gas,and ensure the safety of the pipeline system. Therefore,it is very important for the correct selection,operation and maintenance of the valve. In addition,the valve is also a facility that controls the medium in the pipeline. It is treated as a pressure bearing element in the pipeline device,but it also derives various types of valves with different operation methods,medium,temperature,pressure,pipeline structure and functional requirements. In order to do a good job of the valve,the structure is very important,but the selection of materials is more important. Understanding the hot working method of materials and choosing the hot working method correctly is the key,but the importance of cold working on the processing quality of valve parts and the influence of assembly on the performance of valve can not be ignored.
