摘 要:泥浆气体分离器是压井作业中分离排除气侵泥浆中侵入气体必不可少的井控设备,其分离能力的大小直接影响着压井作业的成败,若分离能力太小,则可能出现压井失败、设备损坏等一系列恶劣后果。本文着重介绍泥浆气体分离器的工作过程,进而推导出泥浆气体分离器分离能力的现场计算公式,并通过现场应用实例进行说明其重要性,从而为以后泥浆气体分离器分离能力的现场评估提供借鉴。The mud gas separator is an indispensable well control equipment for separating and removing the gas from the gascutting mud during the killing operation. The separation capacity directly affects the success or failure of the killing operation. If the separation capacity is too small,it may lead to a series of bad consequences,such as well killing failure and equipment damage.This paper mainly introduces the working process of the mud gas separator,and then deduces the field calculation formula of the separation capacity of the mud gas separator,and illustrates its importance through field application examples,so as to provide reference for the future field evaluation of the separation capacity of the mud gas separator.
