摘　　要：目的分析负压封闭引流技术(VSD)联合三氧疗法在竹叶青属毒蛇咬伤救治中的应用。方法选取2019年4月—2021年4月联勤保障部队第910医院收治的竹叶青属毒蛇咬伤患者53例,采用随机数字表法分为对照组(n=26)与观察组(n=27)。对照组给予VSD治疗,观察组给予VSD联合三氧疗法。观察并记录两组患者治疗前后凝血功能指标、肿胀评分、疼痛评分及治疗相关指标,并进行统计学分析。结果①两组患者治疗前凝血功能指标(Fg、PT、APTT、TT及INR)比较无明显差异,不具有统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后观察组PT、APTT、TT及INR水平均低于对照组,Fg水平高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);②两组患者治疗前肿胀及疼痛评分比较无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后观察组肿胀及疼痛评分较对照组明显降低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);③观察组在肉芽组织生成率、创面细菌清除率及Ⅱ期创面修复成活率等指标上均明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论竹叶青属毒蛇咬伤采取VSD联合三氧疗法可有效改善患者凝血功能,加速消肿,减轻疼痛,提高临床治疗效果。Objective To investigate the application of vacuum sealing drainage(VSD)combined with ozone therapy in the treatment of snakebite of dracocephalus.Methods 53 patients with snake bite of dracocephalus in 910 Hospital of Joint Logistics Support Force from April 2019 to April 2021 were selected and randomly divided into control group(n=26)and observation group(n=27).The control group was given VSD treatment,and the observation group was given VSD combined with ozone therapy.The coagulation function indexes,swelling score,pain score and treatment-related indexes of the two groups before and after treatment were observed and recorded.Results①There was no significant difference in coagulation function indexes(Fg,PT,APTT,TT and INR)between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of Pt,APTT,TT and INR in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the level of Fg was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);②There was no significant difference in the swelling and pain scores between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the swelling and pain scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05);③The observation group was significantly better than the control group in the granulation tissue formation rate,wound bacterial clearance rate and stage Ⅱ wound repair survival rate,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion VSD combined with ozone therapy can effectively improve the coagulation function,accelerate the detumescence,reduce pain and improve the clinical treatment effect.
