摘　　要：目的 研究结肠镜检查前不同时间点服用西甲硅油对肠道清洁程度与肠道息肉检出率的影响。方法 选择2020年1月至6月在北京市普仁医院接受结肠镜检查的200例患者作为研究对象,按照入院时间先后分为A组(n=70)、B组(n=65)和C组(n=65)。A组于结肠镜检查前2 h服用西甲硅油,B组于检查前1 h服用西甲硅油,C组于检查前0.5 h服用西甲硅油。比较三组患者检查前肠道清洁程度、肠道息肉检出率及肠道气泡情况差异。结果三组患者的肠道清洁程度评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);三组患者>0.5 cm肠道息肉检出率、肠道息肉总检出率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。B组患者≤0.5 cm肠道息肉检出率高于A组、C组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);B组患者肠道气泡评分高于A组、C组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 结肠镜检查前不同时间点服用西甲硅油对肠道清洁程度无影响,但检查前1 h服用西甲硅油能提升细小息肉检出率,更加有效地抑制肠道气泡产生,具有积极价值。Objective To study the effect of taking Simethicone at different time points before colonoscopy on intestinal cleanliness and the detection rate of intestinal polyps.Methods The 200 patients who underwent colonoscopy in Beijing Puren Hospital from January 2020 to June were selected s vesearch objects,they were divided into group A,group B and group C according to the random number table method.Group A(n=70)took Simethicone 2 h before the colonoscopy,group B(n=65)took simethicone 1 h before the examination,and group C(n=65)took Simethicone 0.5 h before the examination.The differences in intestinal cleanliness,intestinal polyp detection rate and intestinal air bubbles before examination were compared among the three groups of patients.Results There was no statistically significant difference in the score of intestinal cleanliness of the three groups of patients(P>0.05).The comparison of the detection rate of intestinal polyps>0.5 cm and the total detection rate of intestinal polyps in the three groups of patients were not statistically significant(P>0.05).The detection rate of intestinal polyps≤0.5 cm in group B was higher than that in group A and group C,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The score of intestinal air bubbles in group B was higher than that in group A and group C,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Taking Simethicone at different time points before colonoscopy has no effect on intestinal cleansing,but taking Simethicone 1 h before the examination can increase the detection rate of small polyps and more effectively inhibit the production of intestinal bubbles,which has positive value.
