摘　　要：目的 探讨普瑞巴林+艾司西酞普兰对脑卒中后中枢神经痛患者疼痛程度、抑郁心理的影响。方法 选取2018年7月至2021年7月萍乡市人民医院收治的60例脑卒中后中枢神经痛作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组(n=30)和观察组(n=30)。对照组患者采用常规治疗,观察组患者采用普瑞巴林+艾司西酞普兰治疗。比较两组患者的视觉模拟评分法(VAS)、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)、汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)评分。结果治疗前,两组患者的VAS、HAMA、HAMD评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组患者的VAS、HAMA、HAMD评分均低于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组患者的VAS、HAMA、HAMD评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 对脑卒中后中枢神经痛患者予以普瑞巴林+艾司西酞普兰治疗,对患者疼痛症状改善有积极影响,还可减轻患者的抑郁情绪。Objective To investigate the effect of Pregabalin+Escitalopram on pain degree and depression in patients with central neuralgia after stroke.Methods A total of 60 patients with central neuralgia after stroke treated in Pingxiang People′s Hospital from July 2018 to July 2021 were selected as research subjects,and they were divided into control group(n=30)and observation group(n=30)by random number table method.The control group received conventional treatment,and the observation group treated with Pregabalin+Escitalopram.Visual analog scale(VAS),Hamilton depression scale(HAMD)and Hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA)scores were compared between the two groups.Results Before treatment,there were no significant differences in VAS,HAMA and HAMD scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,VAS,HAMA and HAMD scores in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,VAS,HAMA and HAMD scores in observation group were lower than those in control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Pregabalin+Escitalopram have positive effect on the improvement of pain symptoms and depression in patients with central neuralgia after stroke.
