中药灌肠方保留灌肠辅治慢性盆腔炎湿热瘀结型临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察红藤败酱散保留灌肠治疗慢性盆腔炎湿热瘀结型的临床疗效。方法:184例随机分为对照组和治疗组各92例,两组均给予奥硝唑分散片口服,治疗组加用红藤败酱散保留灌肠。结果:治疗后两组实验室指标[白细胞计数(WBC)及C反应蛋白(CRP)]、中医症状积分均改善(P<0.05),治疗组改善优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:红藤败酱散保留灌肠辅治慢性盆腔炎湿热瘀结型疗效较好。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Hongteng Baijiang Powder with retention enema in the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease with damp-heat stasis type. Methods: A total of 184 cases were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group, with 92 cases in each group. Both groups were given ornidazole dispersible tablets orally, and the treatment group were additionally given Hongteng Baijiang Powder with retention enema.Results: After treatment, laboratory indexes [white blood cell count(WBC) and C-reactive protein(CRP)] and TCM symptom scores in the two groups were improved(P<0.05), and the improvement in the treatment group was superior to that in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: Hongteng Baijiang Powder with retention enema has a good effect in the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease with damp-heat stasis type.
