摘  要:根据激光光束质量国际标准,采用光束质量M^(2)因子来评价相干阵激光的光束质量,并采用拟合相干阵激光传输双曲线方程的方法计算了相干阵激光在不同波长、子光源半径、占空比、阵列宽度等参数条件下的M^(2)值。考虑到采用拟合双曲线方程来计算M^(2)值存在较大的误差,同时采用桶中功率比(BQ)对相干阵激光的光束质量进行计算。根据所提出的BQ值与M^(2)值的关系式,通过计算BQ值得到相干阵激光在不同参数情况下稳定的/值。计算结果表明,相干阵激光的光束质量接近衍射极限。According to the international standard of laser beam quality,the beam quality of coherent array laser is evaluated by the beam quality factor M^(2).And the M^(2)of coherent array laser is calculated by fitting the hyperbolic equation of coherent array laser transmission under different wavelength,sub-source radius,duty cycle and array width.Considering that there is a large error in calculating the M^(2)factor by fitting hyperbolic equation,the beam quality of coherent array laser is calculated by using power ratio in bucket(BQ).According to the relationship between BQ and M^(2),the stable M^(2)of coherent array laser under different parameters can be obtained by calculating BQ.The calculated results show that the beam quality of coherent array laser is close to the diffraction limit.
