区域创新影响因素的效应测度与分解研究——基于地理加性模型和夏普里值法的实证分析

摘　　要：基于2004—2019年省级面板数据,应用半参数地理加性模型考察区域创新能力影响因素的非线性作用与空间异质性分布,并基于夏普里值法对相关因素在区域创新差异中的贡献度进行分解分析。实证结果表明:除研发人员投入外,研发资本投入、人力资本水平、金融发展水平、市场化进程和技术差距对区域创新能力的影响效应都存在显著的非线性特征。在控制上述要素与时间趋势后,尚有未知的潜在因素对区域创新能力存在较强影响,江苏、浙江和广东三地的潜在创新环境最优。基于夏普里值法的贡献度分解显示,研发资本投入、研发人员投入和市场化进程是造成我国创新能力区域差异的三个主要因素。Based on provincial panel data over the period of 2004 to 2019,this paper investigates the nonlinear effect and spatial heterogeneity distribution of the influencing factors effect on regional innovation ability with Semiparametric Geostatistical Additive Model,and analyzes the contribution of related factors in regional innovation differences based on Shapley value.The empirical results show that besides R&D personnel investment,R&D capital investment,human capital level,financial development level,marketization process and technology gap all have significant nonlinear characteristics on regional innovation capability.After controlling the above factors and time trends,there are still unknown potential factors that have strong influence on regional innovation capability.Jiangsu,Zhejiang and Guangdong have the best potential innovation environment.The contribution decomposition result based on Shapley value shows that R&D capital investment,R&D personnel investment and marketization process are the three main factors that cause regional differences of innovation capability in China.
