摘　　要：文章以中等职业学校学生体质健康为研究对象,研究发现中等职业学校学生的BMI指数相对下降,肥胖问题得到缓减,身体技能有所下降,身体素质呈下降趋势。造成中等职业学校体质健康现状主要因为学生自身锻炼较少,学校重视程度及基础设施不够,政策执行不到位等原因造成。针对存在的问题,分别从学校政策、教师提升、学生个人等提出针对性的对策,以期提高学生体质健康。This article takes the physical health of secondary vocational schools as the research object.The study found that the BMI index of secondary vocational school students has decreased relatively,the obesity problem has been alleviated,the physical skills have declined,and the physical fitness has shown a downward trend.The physical health status of secondary vocational schools is mainly due to the fact that the students themselves exercise less,the school does not pay enough attention and infrastructure,and the policy implementation is not in place.In response to the existing problems,targeted countermeasures were proposed from school policies,teacher promotion,and individual students,in order to improve the physical health of students.
