摘　　要：通过将中医传统藏象理论与现代解剖学与生理学认识相结合,仝小林院士以四焦(顶焦、上焦、中焦、下焦)八系(神、髓,肺、心,脾胃、肝胆,溲、衍)辨治体系为核心,对机体生理病理到临床诊疗进行了系统梳理。文章着重对“四焦八系”的中焦“脾胃系”的生理病理特征、临床辨证纲领进行论述,聚焦于“运”法在脾胃系疾病诊疗中的核心作用,初步阐释“四焦八系”之“中焦脾胃系”理论体系及其临床价值。By combining the theory of visceral manifestations(Zangxiang)of traditional Chinese medicine with modern anatomy and physiology,Academician Tong Xiaolin systematically analyzes the physiological and pathological features of the body,and explores the disease clinical diagnosis and treatment strategies on the basis of the systematic syndrome differentiation involving the eight systems(spirit,marrow,lung,heart,spleen-stomach,liver-gallbladder,kidney and reproduction)belonging to the si jiao system(top,upper,middle and lower jiao).The article mainly discusses the physiological and pathological characteristics and clinical syndrome di?erentiation principles of the spleen-stomach system in middle jiao by focusing on the crucial role of“transformation”method,and preliminarily explains its theoretical system and clinical values in the whole system.
