承气类方治疫探析

摘　　要：承气汤由仲景所创,蕴含仲景对下法的理解,对后世医家产生了深远的影响,在疫病的治疗上承气类方也多有应用。受仲景影响,在寒疫治疗上承气类方多应用于病程后期,病深邪结之时,而明代疫病学家吴又可提出“承气本为逐邪”,深化了承气类方的应用范畴。而后吴鞠通承前人之学,强调对阴液的保护,创立多种承气类方进一步发展承气类方在疫病领域里的应用。Chengqi Decoction,formulated by Zhang Zhongjing,represents his insights into the purgative method of traditional Chinese medicine and has a profound influence on the doctors of later generations,with them frequently applying the categorized prescriptions of Chengqi Decoction into the treatment of epidemic diseases.Under his influenced,doctors at first use some categorized prescriptions to treat cold pestilences when they are in their late stages,where diseases get critical with pathogens accumulating massively in the body.Wu Youke,an epidemiologist in the Ming Dynasty,argues that“the essence of Chengqi Decoction lies in its function to dispel pathogenic factors in the body”,which deepens the application scope of those categorized prescriptions.Later,Wu Jutong,based on the inheritance of his predecessors’learning,attaches close attention to the protection of yin liquids and comes up with a variety of categorized prescriptions to further promote their application in the field of epidemics.
