摘　　要：目的分析参附注射液联合桑白皮汤加减对肺心病的影响。方法选取90例肺心病患者作为研究对象,分为对照组与研究组,各45例。对照组进行基础治疗并服用桑白皮汤,研究组在基础治疗的同时服用桑白皮汤并注射参附注射液。对比2组血气指标、血液流变学指标、炎症因子、呼吸功能、心功能、中医证候积分、临床疗效。结果2组治疗后pH、PaO_(2)、PaCO_(2)、FEV_(1)、FVC、FEV_(1)/FVC、左室射血分数高于治疗前,研究组升高幅度大于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后CRP、IL-6、TNF-α、NT-proBNP、中医证候积分低于治疗前,研究组降低幅度大于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组治疗总有效率(91.11%,41/45)高于对照组(75.56%,34/45)(P<0.05)。结论参附注射液联合桑白皮汤治疗肺心病患者,可提高临床疗效,促进心功能恢复。Objective To analyze the effect of Shenfu Injection combined with modified Sangbaipi Decoction on pneumocardial disease.Methods A total of 90 patients with pneumocardial disease were enrolled as the research subjects and divided into a control group and a study group,with 45 cases in each.The control group was given a basic treatment plus Sangbaipi Decoction,while the study group was treated with Sangbaipi Decoction as well as Shenfu Injection in addition to the basic treatment.The related indexes of blood gas,hemorheology,inflammatory factors,respiratory function,cardiac function,TCM syndrome scores and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with before treatment,the levels of pH,PaO_(2),PaCO_(2),FEV_(1),FVC,FEV_(1)/FVC,and the scores of left ventricular ejection fraction were higher in the two groups,and the increase in the study group was greater than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of CRP,IL-6,TNF-α,NT-probNP and the TCM syndrome scores were decreased in the two groups,and the decrease in the study group was greater than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate in the study group(91.11%,41/45)was higher than that in the control group(75.56%,34/45)(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of Shenfu Injection and Sangbaipi Decoction can accelerate the recovery of patients with pneumocardial disease and promote the recovery of cardiac function.
