摘　　要：整理挖掘满族医药对于治疗膝关节骨性关节炎具有显著临床疗效的方药、用法及诊疗规范。翻阅搜集有关满医药的文献、清宫医案及满族民间验方,走访满族医药专家,深入挖掘、整理、研究、筛选满医药治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的方药、特色疗法及民间验方,研究满族医药在治疗膝关节骨性关节炎方面的学术思想及用药经验。为满族医药治疗膝关节骨性关节炎提供理论基础。The present paper means to sort out and investigate the prescriptions,their usage and diagnosis and treatment norms of Manchu medicine with significant clinical effects in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis by collecting and referring to relevant documents,royal medical records of Qing Dynasty and Manchu folk prescriptions,interviewing Manchu medicine experts.The folk prescriptions,characteristic therapies in Manchu medicine for the treatment of knee osteoarthritis are sorted out,studied and screened in order to explore its academic thoughts and medication experience in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis and to provide a theoretical basis for the inheritance and development of Manchu medicine.
