摘 要:为解决核电厂直流蒸汽发生器水汽转换时存在转换时间长、水汽状态反复转换等问题,提出一种新式水汽转换方法,去除主给水调节阀,先利用主给水泵转速控制蒸汽发生器出口工质流量,再利用启动扩容器入口调节阀组控制蒸汽发生器出口工质压力。通过效果预测得出新式水汽转换方法可使直流蒸汽发生器水汽转换时间缩短、水汽反复转换的隐患降低,提高机组的安全性及稳定性。To solve the problem of the long time conversion and the repeated conversion of the once through steam generator during water to steam conversion in nuclear power plants,a new water to steam conversion method was proposed by following measures,such as removing the main feed water control valve,controlling the working medium flow at the outlet of the steam generator by regulating the main feedwater pump speed firstly,and then using the regulating valve group at the inlet of the start flash tank to control the working medium pressure at the outlet of the steam generator.Effect predictions show that,through adopting the new type water to steam conversion method,the conversion can be reduced and the risk of the repeated conversion can be decreased.This may improve the safety and stability of the unit.
