摘  要:开发在线自动喷氨调平系统调整喷氨阀的开度,将该系统在某300 MW亚临界机组锅炉的烟道进行应用。结果表明:应用在线自动喷氨调平系统后,选择性催化还原(SCR)脱硝系统出口氮氧化物(NO_(x))质量浓度相对标准偏差大幅降低,空气预热器阻力长期稳定在设计值附近,有利于机组运行的经济性和安全性。An online automatic ammonia injection adjusting system was developed,so as to adjust the opening of the ammonia injection valve.The system was applied to the flue gas duct in a 300 MW unit boiler.Results show that,with the application of the online automatic ammonia injection adjusting system,the relative standard deviation of oxynitride(NO_(x))mass concentration at the selective catalytic reduction(SCR)denitration system outlet is greatly reduced,while the resistance of the air preheater can be maintained in the design value for a long time,which is benefit for the economy and safety of the unit operation.
