借贷资金可获得性对农民土地流转行为的影响

摘　　要：通过分层随机抽样方法,基于四川、山东、河南、广西4省共947个农村居民调查数据,利用二元Logit回归模型和熵均衡方法探究借贷资金可获得性对土地出租与租入的影响。结果表明,借贷资金可获得性越高,越有助于农民开展土地流转;借贷资金可获得性距离在3 km范围内能帮助农民租入土地,反之起到阻碍作用;借贷资金可获得性对农村居民出租土地影响不大。提出有序推进正规借贷资金机构网点合理布局,引导非正规借贷资金规范性发展,构建农村土地流转借贷资金平台等政策建议。Through hierarchical random sampling method,based on the survey datas of 947 rural residents in Sichuan,Shandong,Henan and Guangxi province,the binary Logit regression model and entropy balance method were used to explore the impact of the availability of loan funds on land rental and rent in.The results showed that the higher the availability of loan funds,the more condu⁃cive was to promote land circulation for farmers.The availability distance of loan funds within 3 km could help farmers rent land,and vice versa.The availability of loan funds had little impact on the rental of land by rural residents.Some policy suggestions were put for⁃ward,including orderly promoting the rational distribution of network of formal load institutions,guiding the standardized develop⁃ment of informal load funds,and building a load fund platform for rural land circulation.
