美托洛尔联合健心胶囊治疗心力衰竭对患者心率变异性的影响

摘　　要：目的:分析美托洛尔联合健心胶囊治疗心力衰竭对患者心率变异性的影响。方法:选取2018年1月-2020年3月如皋市中医院收治的160例心力衰竭患者作为研究对象,按随机数表法分为对照组和观察组,每组各80例。对照组采用美托洛尔进行治疗,观察组采用美托洛尔联合健心胶囊进行治疗,比较两组患者心率变异性、心功能及生活质量。结果:观察组治疗后心率变异性4项指标[相邻正常R-R间期差值均方根(rMSSD)、相邻正常R-R间期差值>50 ms百分比(RNN50)、窦性心律R-R间期均值标准差(SDANN)]水平均高于对照,组差异有统计学意义(t=6.206、7.139、12.001、11.868,P<0.05);心功能比较,观察组治疗后左心室舒张末期内径(LVEDD)低于对照组,心排血量(CO)、左室射血分数(LVEF)均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=2.676、2.423、4.281,P<0.05)。生活质量综合评定问卷评分(GQOLI-74)各项评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=7.417、8.883、13.606、10.231,P<0.05)。结论:心力衰竭患者采用美托洛尔联合健心胶囊进行治疗,能提高心率变异性及心功能,同时有助于提升患者生活质量。Objective:To analyze the effect of metoprolol combined with Jianxin Capsule on heart rate variability in patients with heart failure.Methods:160 patients with heart failure in the hospital from January 2018 to March 2020 were randomly divided into two groups,with 80 cases in each group.The control group was treated with metoprolol,and the observation group was treated with metoprolol combined with Jianxin capsule.The heart rate variability,cardiac function and quality of life were compared.Results:After treatment,the four indexes of heart rate variability(root mean square difference between adjacent normal RR intervals[rMSSD],adjacent normal RR interval difference>50 ms percentage[RNN50],sinus rhythm RR interval mean standard Poor[SDANN])level in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=6.206,7.139,12.001,11.868,P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the left ventricular end diastolic diameter(LVEDd)of the observation group after treatment was lower than that of the control group,and the cardiac output(CO)and left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)were higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=2.676,2.423,4.281,P<0.05),and the scores of GQOLI-74 were higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=7.417,8.883,13.606,10.232,P<0.05).Conclusion:Metoprolol combined with Jianxin capsule in the treatment of heart failure can improve heart rate variability and cardiac function,and help to improve the quality of life of patients.
