摘 要:人类骨质疏松主要类型有绝经后骨质疏松症、糖皮质激素性骨质疏松症、废用性骨质疏松症和老年性骨质疏松症。随着医学的发展,对骨质疏松症的发生机制的深入研究发现,基因转录调控影响骨细胞、成骨细胞和破骨细胞的功能,进而影响骨代谢平衡。对不同的病因建立相关骨质疏松动物模型的研究进展进行总结,对近年来基因调控影响动物骨质疏松模型骨代谢的研究进行综述,并从转录调控因子MEF2C与骨代谢的关系作一概述。The main types of human osteoporosis are postmenopausal osteoporosis,glucocorticoid-induced osteoporosis,disuse osteoporosis and senile osteoporosis.With the development of medicine and in-depth research on the pathogenesis of osteoporosis,it has been found that gene transcription regulation affects the functions of osteocytes,osteoblasts and osteoclasts,thereby affecting the balance of bone metabolism.The research progress of establishing animal models of osteoporosis related to different etiologies is summarized.The recent studies on gene regulation affecting bone metabolism in animal osteoporosis models are reviewed,and the relationship between transcriptional regulator MEF2C and bone metabolism is summarized.
