摘　　要：目的分析中医挂线疗法结合中药熏洗治疗复杂性肛瘘的临床效果。方法选择我院2015年1月至2020年1月收治的150例复杂性肛瘘患者为研究对象,患者均接受中医挂线疗法,根据促进创面愈合方法不同分为对照组(常规处理)和试验组(中药熏洗),各75例。分析两组的治疗效果。结果试验组的治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的SP、β-EP、NGF水平均降低,且试验组低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的创面渗液、疼痛、水肿、肉芽形态积分均降低,且试验组低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,试验组的VEGF、VEGFR-2、TGF-β1水平均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中医挂线疗法结合中药熏洗治疗复杂性肛瘘的效果确切,可加快患者创面愈合,值得在临床实践中大力推广。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine thread-drawing therapy combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation in the treatment of complex anal fistula.Methods A total of 150 patients with complex anal fistula treated in our hospital from January 2015 to January 2020 were selected as the research objects.All patients received traditional Chinese medicine thread-drawing therapy,and the patients were divided into control group(routine treatment)and experimental group(traditional Chinese medicine fumigation)according to different methods to promote wound healing,with 75 cases in each group.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were analyzed.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of SP,β-EP and NGF in the two groups decreased,and those in the experimental group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of wound exudation,pain,edema and granulation morphology in the two groups decreased,and those in the experimental group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of VEGF,VEGFR-2 and TGF-β1 in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine thread-drawing therapy combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation in the treatment of complex anal fistula has a accurate effect,which can accelerate the wound healing of patients,and is worthy to be vigorously promoted in clinical practice.
