摘　　要：心脏病患者害怕运动对身体造成伤害,因此对运动存在过度惧怕,继而回避运动,最终导致身体机能状态失衡,不利于其康复。本文对心脏病患者运动恐惧的发生情况、影响因素以及相关评具进行综述,旨在为我国医护人员评估心脏病患者运动恐惧的发生率提供信息和技术支持,从而提高心脏病患者运动康复的参与率,帮助患者积极进行功能锻炼,最终达到提高生活质量的目的。Heart disease patients are afraid of physical injury caused by exercise,so they have excessive fear,and avoid exercise,which eventually leads to the imbalance of physical function and is not conducive to their recovery.This paper summarizes the occurrence,influencing factors and related evaluation tools of exercise fear in patients with heart disease in order to provide information and technical support for Chinese medical staff to evaluate the incidence of exercise fear in patients with heart disease,so as to improve the participation rate of exercise rehabilitation in patients with heart disease,help patients actively carry out functional exercise,and finally achieve the purpose of improving the quality of life.
