摘　　要：《金匮要略》原文中涉及针灸的内容,对于针灸防治疾病,从早期预防、辨经辨证取穴,到针灸药结合、疾病预后及禁忌等各个方面均有所论述,数量虽不多,但内容全面,蔚然成为体系。重视疾病预防与转归,运用针灸方法“治未病”,方法丰富,且选穴组方中贯穿“治未病”思想;针灸取穴颇具特色,既有专病专穴,又有辨经取穴、辨证取穴,取穴少而精;灵活结合运用多种针灸方法,如针药结合、灸药结合等,灸刺种类丰富;从禁针、禁灸、疾病禁忌等方面揭示针灸禁忌与适应证;认识到患者机体状态是针灸施治或判断针灸预后的重要依据。《金匮要略》中的体系化针灸思想具有重要研究价值,值得进一步发掘。The content of acupuncture and moxibustion in the original text of Synopsis of the Golden Chamber covers all aspects of acupuncture and moxibustion prevention and treatment,from early prevention,meridian differentiation and acupoint selection,to the combination of acupuncture and moxibustion,disease prognosis and contraindications,although not many.But the content is comprehensive,and it has become a system,focusing on disease prevention and prognosis,using acupuncture and moxibustion methods to“preventive treatment of disease”,with rich methods,and the idea of“preventive treatment of disease”runs through the selection of points and prescriptions.Acupuncture and moxibustion point selection is quite distinctive,existing special acupoints for specific diseases,meridian and syndrome differentiation,and fewer but fine points.It uses a variety of acupuncture methods flexibly,such as acupuncture and medicine,moxibustion and medicine,etc.,with a wide variety of moxibustion and acupuncture,reveals the contraindications and indications of acupuncture in terms of acupuncture,moxibustion,and disease contraindications,recognizes that the patient’s body state is acupuncture treatment or an important basis for judging the prognosis of acupuncture.The systematic thought of acupuncture in Synopsis of the Golden Chamber has important research value and is worthy of further exploration.
