补肾疏肝方治疗黄体功能不全致不孕症临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨中药补肾疏肝方在黄体功能不全致不孕症的实施效果。方法本次研究对在北华大学附属医院生殖医学中心接受治疗的黄体功能不全致不孕症患者临床资料进行回顾性分析,将所有(90例)患者信息均输入Excel系统进行编号,按照系统编号的单双数分为2组(各45例)。其中45例序号为单数者选择常规西药治疗,将其划为对照组;45例序号为双数者选择中药补肾疏肝方结合常规西药治疗,将其划为观察组。对比2组疗效。结果观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组雌二醇(E2)、孕酮(P)与对照组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组优势卵泡最大直径、子宫内膜厚度改善情况均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论采用中药补肾疏肝方治疗黄体功能不全致不孕症患者,可明显改善患者病情。Objective To investigate the effect of tonifying kidney and soothing liver prescription on infertility caused by luteal insufficiency.Methods The clinical data of infertility patients with luteal dysfunction treated in Affiliated Hospital of Beihua University were analyzed retrospectively.90 cases were selected to input all the information of patients into excel system for numbering.According to the single and double numbers of system number,they were divided into two groups(45 cases each),45 cases of them were single,and the conventional western medicine treatment was selected and classified as control group.45 cases with even serial number were treated with tonifying kidney and soothing liver prescription combined with conventional western medicine.The curative effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the difference of estradiol(E2)and progesterone(P)in the observation group was significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the improvement of the largest diameter of dominant follicles and endometrial thickness in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Tonifying kidney and soothing liver prescription in the treatment of infertility caused by luteal dysfunction with can improve the patients’condition.
