雷火灸联合低频电刺激治疗产后盆腔器官脱垂临床研究

摘　　要：目的分析雷火灸+低频电刺激对于产后盆腔器官脱垂(POP)的治疗效果。方法患者诊治于2019年7月—2020年12月,共计产后POP患者70例。以随机数字表法为准,观察组计入35例,予以雷火灸+低频电刺激治疗;对照组计入35例,予以低频电刺激治疗。对比治疗效果。结果观察组的盆底肌力以4级为主,对照组肌力以3级为主,观察组的盆底肌力等级优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组治疗3、6个月后,盆底疾病生活影响问卷-7(PFIQ-7)评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组小便失禁、盆腔疼痛发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论为产后POP患者实行雷火灸+低频电刺激治疗能够改善盆底肌力,减少小便失禁和盆腔疼痛等症状。Objective To analyze the therapeutic effect of thunder fire moxibustion and low frequency electrical stimulation on postpartum pelvic organ prolapse(POP).Methods From July 2019 to December 2020,70 patients with postpartum POP were diagnosed and treated.According to the random method,the observation group of 35 cases was treated with thunder fire moxibustion and low-frequency electrical stimulation,and the control group of 35 cases was treated with low-frequency electrical stimulation.The therapeutic effect was compared.Results The pelvic floor muscle strength of the observation group was mainly grade 4,while that of the control group was mainly grade 3.The pelvic floor muscle strength of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).After 3 months and 6 months of treatment,the PFIQ-7 of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of urinary incontinence and pelvic pain in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Thunder fire moxibustion combined with low frequency electrical stimulation can improve pelvic floor muscle strength,reduce urinary incontinence and pelvic pain in patients with postpartum POP.
