中医耳穴压豆对促进产妇子宫收缩、增加乳汁分泌的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨将耳穴压豆治疗应用于产妇对乳汁分泌及子宫收缩产生的影响。方法选择2016—2020年在广州中医药大学第一附属医院分娩的820名产妇平分为2组。对照组(410例)给予常规护理,观察组(410例)给予耳穴压豆,观察2组产妇乳汁分泌、子宫收缩情况,测定2组催乳素水平。结果观察组产妇的泌乳率、泌乳量总有效率、催乳素水平均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);产后72 h内,观察组产妇的宫底下降幅度显著大于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在常规护理基础上对产妇实施中医耳穴压豆治疗可促进产后子宫更好收缩,且可促进泌乳量有效增加。Objective To investigate the effect of auricular pressing therapy on maternal milk secretion and uterine contraction.Methods 820 women were divided into two groups from 2016 to 2020 in the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine.The control group(410 cases)received routine nursing,and the observation group(410 cases)received auricular pressing therapy.The maternal milk secretion,uterine contraction and prolactin(PRL)level of the two groups were measured.Results The lactation rate,lactation efficiency and prolactin level in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05).Within 72 hours after delivery,the decrease of fundus in the observation group was significantly greater than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion On the basis of routine nursing care of parturient,traditional Chinese medicine auricular pressing therapy can promote postpartum uterine contraction and lactation effectively.
