摘　　要：目的分析中药穴位贴敷治疗小儿肺炎喘嗽的临床有效性。方法选取2018年9月—2020年9月湛江市妇幼保健院计划生育服务中心收治的72例小儿肺炎喘嗽患者的临床资料,按照随机数字表法分为2组,对照组36例采用常规的西医治疗,研究组36例给予西医治疗中药穴位贴敷,观察2组临床疗效、症状缓解的时间及症状积分情况。结果治疗后,研究组总有效率94.44%(34/36)优于对照组77.78%(28/36)(P<0.05);研究组退热(3.91±0.57)d、咳嗽缓解(4.32±1.02)d、肺部啰音减少(5.32±1.15)d、X线吸收的时间(5.66±0.47)d均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,2组症状的积分均显著减少,且研究组症状积分(3.32±1.13)分低于对照组(5.28±1.36)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中药穴位贴敷治疗小儿肺炎喘嗽临床效果较好,具一定临床应用价值。Objective To analyze the clinical effectiveness of acupoint application of Chinese medicine in treating children with pneumonia and cough.Methods The clinical data of 72 children with pneumonia and cough patients admitted to Family Planning Service Center of Zhanjiang Maternal and Child Health Hospital from September 2018 to September 2020 were selected and divided into two groups according to a random number table.The control group of 36 cases were treated by conventional western medicine,and the study group of 36 cases received Western medicine treatment+acupoint application of Chinese medicine.The clinical efficacy,time of symptom relief and symptom score of the two groups were observed.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of the study group was 94.44%(34/36),which was better than that of the control group 77.78%(28/36)(P<0.05).The study group remove fever(3.91±0.57)d,cough relief(4.32±1.02)d,and lung rales reduced(5.32±1.15)d,the time of d and X-ray absorption(5.66±0.47)d,which was less than that of the control group,and the difference had statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the symptom scores of the two groups were significantly reduced,and the symptom scores in the study group was(3.32±1.13)points,which was lower than that of the control group(5.28±1.36),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupoint application of Chinese medicine has a good clinical effect in treating children with pneumonia,asthma and cough,and has certain clinical application value.
